I have been partnering organisations across a vast array of industries, ranging from start-ups & SMEs to global brands and blue chip corporations at Connect for over 20 years.
I worked with a large corporate recruitment company for 12 years, joining as Consultant before being promoted through the ranks to Regional Manager with responsibility for 8 branches in London and the South East.
I came to recruitment having worked in Contracts Management in IT and was keen to apply the same level of service provision in a people-focussed industry.

My background is in travel, initially in Customer Services and latterly as a CIPD – qualified HR Officer, responsible for recruitment and selection for a major airline.
My background in HR and recruitment post CIPD graduation includes pharmaceuticals, media and manufacturing.
