Why do I have to interview with you prior to being put forward for a role?
It is only having conducted a full interview with you that we are able to establish your skills, experience, aspirations and motivations; all of which are essential to establishing the suitability of a role for you. With this information we are able to represent you effectively and provide the quality of service to you and our clients for which we are renowned.
Why do I need to provide you with formal ID?
In line with Home Office guidance on the prevention of illegal working we will need to verify and take a copy of your original ID documentation as evidence of your right to work in the UK. I would appreciate it if you could bring with you to the meeting documentary proof of your identity such as your passport.
What can I expect from you as a candidate?
Honest, supportive communication with industry professionals. Following a comprehensive interview, we will prepare an interview report on your behalf, highlighting your suitability to the role for which you are applying. We will prepare you fully for interview and advise you on suitable preparation, take full feed-back from both parties and deal with any necessary negotiations on your behalf.
