A rare opportunity has arisen to provide confidential, efficient and reliable support to the Vice Principle, The Dean and the General Manager. Principally responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive and insightful diary management
- Providing first point of contact for all callers, fielding personal and professional calls relevant to a range of business interests
- Using shorthand for correspondence and meetings (although recording equipment is available in replace of shorthand)
- Preparing quality correspondence and documentation in MS Word
- Arrangement of and attendance at two industry conferences per year, with approximately two hundred attendees at each
- Collating articles for the quarterly trade journal for submission to designer and printer
- Dealing with correspondence efficiently, drafting letters and emails as needed, and proactively dealing with all administrative duties
- Collating data for quality review meetings
Requirements
- Prior experience of working as a PA for Executive level stakeholders, ideally within a professional services environment
- Highly literate and articulate with excellent communication skills
- Approachable, professional and able to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Discreet, diplomatic and confidential
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Takes pride in accurate work produced to the highest standard
- Comprehensive secretarial skills including shorthand and a high level of proficiency in MS Office
