The Customer Care & Complaints specialist will need at least 2 years’ experience in a complaint handling role, preferably within the automotive or consumer finance industry. You will have good knowledge of regulations and be educated to A level standard or equivalent.
Duties to include:
- Respond to and resolve all complaints received in an appropriate manner, either written or verbal
- Update the complaints database accordingly
- Liaise with Manufacturer Customer Care teams as appropriate
- Respond within regulatory timescales, producing clear and factual responses either in writing or by phon
- Ensure Team Leaders aware of any potential issues
- Representing resolutions when required and raising the profile of the department wherever possible
- Able to manage customer/dealer expectations
- Monitor own performance to ensure adherence to targets, deadlines and procedures
- Constantly working to support the business via process improvements, education and training
The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills with the knowledge of Word and Excel to intermediate level. You will be self driven
