This role will sit within the Direct Sales Team function and report operationally into the ‘Direct Sales Manager’.

Duties:

  1. Process finance proposals in our Point-Of-Sale online system; entering customer personal details and finance quote figures
  2. Monitoring system updates on the status of finance proposals & transposing this into a customer portal system
  3. Work closely with our internal Underwriting and Payout departments to progress proposals successfully through our Point-Of-Sale online system e.g. contacting customers for additional proofs, uploading documents, challenging declined decisions
  4. General administration
  5. To assist line manager with their specific departmental FCA responsibilities and to adhere to the FCA regulations and requirements
  6. Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require

 

§  Previous customer service experience would be beneficial

  • PC literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational / time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working under pressure at times

The role requires the ability to work well in a high pressure environment and also use and manage their own workload to achieve results. Thus, they need to comfortable and competent to work in this environment.
