The Portfolio Administrator will  primarily support the Dealer Finance Team by taking on some of the administrative tasks

Duties to include:

  1. Assist the Dealer Finance Department with any administrative duties which might arise.
  2. Update dealer and customer information and credit limits on Excel spreadsheets.
  3. Communicate about implementing Dealer and Customer approvals in the UK Market.
  4. Ensure that all of the documents are completed ahead of the scheduled meeting
  5. Ensure that relevant audit procedures have been carried out.
  6. Keep electronic and paper files up to date.
  7. Assist in the production of reports and slides for presentations

Skills / Experience required:

  • Computer literate – excellent excel skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Previous admin experience
