Our Client is looking for a BA who has experience of working on application changes, configuration and testing.
You should have high communication and problem solving skills and are willing to take ownership of the changes and issues they are responsible for.  You must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience.

IT Business Analyst – Front Office
IT Business Analyst – Back Office

PURPOSE SUMMARY:

Part of the IT Change team, the IT Business Analyst will support the IT Lead Business Analyst to define and deliver IT and business process changes within their area of the organisation. Where the BA skills and experience needed for Front and Back Office IT BA roles are similar, the technical skills may be different. The roles are focussed as follows:

– BA Front Office – define and deliver change. Processes and services/applications include any dealer/broker/customer-facing applications, and employee-facing applications used by HR or other departments (such as intranet, elearning, Glovebox). Applications include White Clarke Genus/Catalyst, SharePoint, Cascade; technical skills include XML and Windward Autotag.

– BA Back Office – define and deliver change with other department services. Processes and services/applications include any internally-facing applications, and finance applications. Applications include White Clarke Calms/CMS/Catalyst, Miles, Dataflow
