We are looking for two,  enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our award winning client.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for managing customer machine servicing needs including proactive and reactive call outs. Duties will include managing the diary of the engineers as well as booking external engineers where needed and maintaining our customer service portals.
  • You will be responsible for processing all equipment orders submitted and ensuring that the appropriate deadlines are met (including the raising of purchase orders and booking the appropriate couriers).
  • You will be responsible for all equipment and servicing invoicing.
  • You will be helping with the management of day to day stock items, raising relevant purchase orders. In addition, you will be responsible for helping co-ordinate procurement activities across the business.

You’ll have:

  •  Some previous experience in Sage software programmes (preferable but not essential)
  •  Strong and regular user of Excel and Word
  •  Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  •  Fantastic communication and teamwork skills
  •  Ability to work well under pressure – a self-starter with a proactive nature
