I have been partnering organisations across a vast array of industries, ranging from start-ups & SMEs to global brands and blue chip corporations at Connect for over 20 years; recruiting operational staff to middle management level and beyond.
I first joined in 1989 prior to relocating to the north for 4 years, where I worked for a well-respected recruitment company before re-joining Connect in 1995.
I never thought for a moment to work for any one company for such a long time, and it is complete testimony to Tricia and her philosophy that I have done so. I genuinely care about our clients and candidates and am driven by the opportunity to deliver the best possible service to them through honesty and hard work.
